SPOTTED LANTERNFLY INFORMATION
Believed to be native to China, the Spotted Lanternfly was first discovered in the U.S. in Berks County, Pennsylvania, in 2014.
A 2018 investigation by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), determined the pest had established itself in Winchester and surrounding areas of Frederick County.

We are excited to announce the release of an RFP for the Transit Ridership Incentive Program (TRIP) – RideSmart Commuter Bus Service. This program aims to enhance the commuting experience for individuals traveling from the Northern Shenandoah Valley to Northern VA/Washington DC through a comprehensive and efficient commuter bus service.
